Just 4mm tapering to 1mm thick at its maximum and rated to EN1621-1 motorcycle standard, ARMA padding is capable of absorbing and safely dissipating up to 80% of impact energy, should the worst happen out on the bike.
The AERO base layer was tested at Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub through a wind tunnel session by @WattShop and Ribble Weldtite. Results show that in certain conditions, the AERO base layer actually improves rider aerodynamics.
